Conditioning sessions Stutler Bowl on the turf and track. Monday and Wednesday start at 5:15pm and finish at 6:30pm. Friday sessions are from 3:45 to 4:45. If the weather prevents us from being outside we will try to find an indoor location.

Bring running shoes and cleats, stick, gloves and helmets to every session.
